Rumors from relatively reliable ShrimpApplePro on Twitter claims that Apple is working on an Apple TV app for Android. The leaker says the app is in internal beta testing and will be released “soon.” Apple has released the Apple TV and Apple TV+ apps for non-Apple devices such as smart TVs from Samsung and LG, as well as Roku and Google TV. But so far, Apple has yet to release his Apple TV app for smartphones and tablets other than his iPhone and iPad.
Apple has created two versions of the Apple TV app. A full Apple TV app will allow Android users to rent and buy movies, subscribe to Apple TV+ and watch Friday Night Baseball. The Apple TV+ app, on the other hand, like its Netflix counterpart, is strictly dedicated to the Apple TV+ service.

It’s not clear when exactly the Apple TV app will release for Android, but Apple’s new Major League Soccer Season Pass kicks off on February 1st, so it could be sometime in January. .
