manila philippines — AOMG (Above Ordinary Music Group) artist Simon Dominic, Yugyeom, Gray, Loco, Lee Hi, Woo On January 15, 2019, they successfully completed the “FOLLOW THE MOVEMENT: AOMG World Tour 2023” held at the New Frontier Theater.
The show, which lasted for about 4 hours, featured a variety of musical performances including R&B, ballads, and hip-hop! Even before the show began, cheers and chants from K-Hip-Hop Filipino fans were everywhere, and the theater was filled with energetic and excited his AOMG fans. Here are some highlights from the night!
A VCR was shown as the show began, after which Woo, a guest artist from AOMG’s Asia tour, took the stage and was the first act of the night! Woo gives it all with a bang and immediately receives a lot of energy from fans when they follow his first song “RIP” followed by “Chiku Chiku Poku Poku”.st album, Blackout.
Fans even shouted “Woo, Woo, Woo, Woo!” The song ends and the smile on Woo’s face is very noticeable. Continuing his set of “Chingiz Khan” and “Me,” he said he put his soul into writing the songs and wanted his fans to feel them, and the lyrics were also displayed on his LED screen. Following his song “Devil,” Woo said he didn’t want to go yet, but his set was already over.
Woo Won-jae, also known as Woo, is a South Korean rapper. In 2017 he took part in Show Me The Money 6 and finished third, the same year he released the single “We Are” featuring Loco and Gray. In 2020, he released his first studio album BLACK OUT. In 2022, he released his EP “comma”.
LEEHI kicked off her set with the ballad song “ONLY,” and fans immediately fell in love with Lee Hi as she sang the first song soulfully. She is known for her soulful sound, which is why she also sings on her tracks “Breathe” and “Savior.”
When interacting with the audience, Lee Hi went so far as to say that he felt lonely during the performance because he was alone, but a night with fans in Manila was different. She then continues her set with the upbeat tracks “Rose,” “NO ONE,” “1,2,3,4,” and “HSKT.”
Towards the end of the set, she maintained a “dance, dance, dance” mood with her fans while funky performing “Red Lipstick,” the final track of the set.
Lee Ha-yi, also known as LEE HI, is a South Korean singer-songwriter. She made her debut in 2012 with her “1,2,3,4”. In 2023 she signed with AOMG and the studio released her album 4 ONLY the following year.
The night’s third performer, Loco, energetically takes to the stage to open the set with “Sweaty” and “MBTI.” He then performed various songs such as “OPPA”, “Party Band”, “Too Much”, “Don’t”, “Somebody”, “Like Water”, “It Takes Time”, and “ON IT + BOSS”.
Loco said he had been to Cebu to learn English when he was 16 and had never been to Manila.
When Rocco suddenly took off his jacket and stripped to the waist to perform “NO MANNERS”, the audience went wild.
The highlight of the night was that many fans knew the song “Say Yes” from the hit Korean drama Scarlet Heart Ryo and were surprised and mesmerized by Loko’s rapping to it.There was just pure surprise and joy on Loco’s face. When Filipino fans sing with all their heart DJ Wegun plays the “Say Yes” audio.

Kwon Hyuk-woo, also known as Loco, is a South Korean rapper and artist of AOMG who won the first season of Show Me the Money in 2016.
After Loco’s set, fans got even more excited for the night’s fourth performer, GRAY. After surprising fans with the energetic and cool first song “Dream Chaser”, GRAY showed off his rapping skills. Following his first song, he performed ‘Show Window’, ‘TMI’, ‘Summer Night’, ‘Close 2 U’ and ‘Moon Blue’.
GRAY also said that it was his first time to come to Manila and that the fans were the best and he was very grateful to the fans in Manila.
Resuming the set, Gray performed a variety of songs including “Baby Don’t Cry,” “Stay the Night,” “Make Love,” and the mellow “U.” Fans sing GRAY’s song “Lose Control” to the upbeat music.
Loco returned to the stage to perform “Just Do It” and “Late Night” with GRAY, and fans were overjoyed at their cute and adorable exchange. The last two songs closed out GRAY’s set.
Lee Seong-hwa, also known as GRAY, is a South Korean singer, rapper and record producer. In 2021, GRAY released his first studio album Grayground. GRAY is currently under contract with AOMG.
Yugyeom was the 5th artist to appear on stage that night, and each fan’s momentum increased. After waving Agabon and cheering for Yugyeom, Yugyeom appeared on stage and performed his song “I Want U Around”, making the fans roar.
Yugyeom’s supple groove clearly showed how good a dancer he is. Following the opening song, “Take You Down”, “Lights” and “All About U” will be performed with Loco!
Just as fans thought the artist’s collaboration was over, it wasn’t, as GRAY hit the stage for “Running Through The Rain” and “All Your Fault.”
He then further developed his dancing skills as he performed “Love The Way” and danced to Woo’s Chingiz Khan. Closing out his set with his latest single, “Ponytail.” Yugyeom, who last year returned to Manila for his solo concert on August 19, 2022, is back in Manila again with his label mates for Follow The Movement AOMG World Tour 2023.
Yugyeom is an artist with South Korean hip-hop and R&B label Above Ordinary Music Group (AOMG) and a member of the seven-member group GOT7. In 2021, Yugyeom released his first EP, Point of View: U, featuring the title his track All Your Fault ft. GRAY. In 2022, Yugyeom will release the single “Ponytail” with Sik-K.
Who doesn’t know Simon Dominic? Fans, the final performer of the night, have been waiting for this moment of Simon He Dominique. Screams and excitement erupted throughout the New Frontier Theater as Simon Dominic played “Dax4” on Swag.
Following his HIT and iconic song “SIMON DOMINIC,” the crowd went wild and sang along with Simon Dominic. Next, Simon Dominic performed “POSE”, “room type”, “GOTT” and “I’MMA DO”.
While playing the song, Simon Dominic asked the audience who his “wife” was.He also said that the fans are very kind and there are many pretty people. He even said some Tagalog words like “Maganda” When “Pogi”.
Continuing his set, Simon Dominic rocked the crowd with ‘GO’, ‘Baddest Nice Guys’, ‘NO THANXXX’, ‘At Night’ and ‘Make Her Dance’. Of course, Simon Dominic was also part of his setlist, performing the iconic “MOMMAE” and closing out the set with “Comfortable.”
Jung Ki-seok, also known as Simon Dominic, is a South Korean hip-hop recording artist. He first debuted as a member of his Supreme Team in 2009, but then disbanded in 2013.
No concert is complete without an encore. AOMG executed the encore perfectly, with all the artists returning to the stage to collaborate on a few more songs.
“119 REMIX” and “UPSIDE DOWN” make the first appearance of the AOMG boys. In the encore of the third song, AOMG artists called on fans to enjoy “TTFU” without using mobile phones.
After returning to the stage, Lee Hi performed “Party For The Night” with the entire staff. The AOMG gang then closed out their set list with “We Are” and “Who You”.
