Kloots discovered his love for art in middle school. When she started auditioning for a prestigious art college, she realized she wouldn’t be recognized for her dancing skills alone. She had to sing and act. She attended AMDA, her conservatory of musical theater in New York.
During her senior year, she began auditioning for shows. Kloots is 42nd Street musical; but she took a dance audition combination and practiced every night to perfect it. The show finally held another audition for a national tour. She got a call two days before her graduation to book her role, and the show was her first step into the world of entertainment.
For over 17 years, she has appeared in stage, film and television productions, notably as a Broadway dancer and Radio City Rocket. Her love of dance and fitness led her to work at one of her New York premiere Her Fitness studios and lead her classes.
In 2015, Kloots decided to quit performing and start a fitness business. She was overjoyed at her idea of working for herself. Then in 2016 she launched and dedicated herself to her AK! “I needed time to take control of my career,” explains Klotz. “You can’t control anything when you’re performing. It depends on who hires you and who’s right for a particular job.
